At CA, we continually strive to improve our software and services to meet your evolving business requirements. As we enhance functionalities and embrace newer technologies, it becomes necessary to discontinue support for some of our older product releases so that we can focus on providing the best technology for your present and future needs.
We previously sent out support discontinuation dates for several products and their releases. We have revised the date for Unicenter AutoSys Job Management (Unicenter AutoSys JM) r4.0 on all platforms. The support discontinuation date has been extended to October 31, 2007. All other dates remain the same. This extension is applicable to the Unicenter AutoSys JM r4.0 base product and does not include the Unicenter AutoSys JM r4.0 Web Interface.

Unicenter AutoSys Job Management only supports 3 rd party database releases that are supported by the original vendor with the exception of the Sybase bundled database.
We recommend that you upgrade to the current release of all these products so that you can immediately take advantage of their new features and enhancements. Should you wish to upgrade, in North America, please call 1-800-841-8743 or contact your local CA Account Representative. For customers outside North America, please call your local CA office. You can also download the upgrade at http://supportconnect.ca.com using electronic delivery.
