CleverPath EUREKA:Reporter 6.1.2 and earlier Support Expiration Scheduled

Dear valued Eureka Reporter client:

Now that Eureka Reporter 7.0 has been released, we are sending you this Product Information Bulletin (PIB) to notify you about changes in the technical support provided for Eureka Reporter.

Computer Associates will continue to provide support for clients who are using versions 7.0 and prior of Eureka Reporter and hold an active maintenance contract. Support for versions prior to 6.1.2, however, will be limited after 12/31/2001.

It is important that you understand what these support changes mean. For clients with versions 6.1.3 and prior, CA will continue to provide Level 1 telephone support. Any new bugs that may be discovered in these releases will be investigated, and the Level 2 support manager will determine if fixing the release is warranted. These bugs will be corrected in the current GA release of Eureka Reporter, the fix will not be retrofitted to the prior release. Also, new releases of supporting software-databases, operating system, communication software, etc.-will only be supported in the current GA release after verification.

For these reasons, we would like to encourage you to upgrade to the latest release of Eureka Reporter in order to ensure uninterrupted support for all your issues.
