This Content Update for build 432 includes changes and fixes (enumerated below) that are available through the CA Threat Manager r8 (and eTrust Antivirus r8 and eTrust PestPatrol r8) content update mechanism. By installing this Content Update, you ensure that your systems are current on maintenance and have the latest fixes and updates.

Fix for a vulnerability discovered by Deral Heiland ( that could allow an attacker to inject arbitrary code if an invalid string is entered in the Scan description.

Please note: Since additional components were added during a previous Content Update, please check that eTrust ITM Common and eTrust ITM Console Server on the Update -> Select Components screen are checked to allow these components to be updated.
