On August 12, 2017, CA Technologies rolled out a newly-designed Customer Support Portal (CSO). Over the course of last week, some customers reported problems uploading files to CA. All known issues have now been resolved.
CA Technologies aims to deliver to every customer a quick and effortless support experience. We recognize the issues last week detracted from that objective and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will be executing an improvement plan to address the identified process and/or application gaps.
