Error message "PMOH001E Health Checker initialization failed" is not documented. What does it mean? How do I resolve this?

Answer:

Just upgraded CA PMO to release 4.4. Now you get error message: PMOH001E Health Checker initialization failed. RC=00000028, REASON=00000000.

The error message that you are receiving indicates that the CA Health Checker is not available.

Please ignore this message until you install CA Health Checker. There is currently no option to manually disable the health checks.
