Description:

How can I move VM:Backup's CHECKDISK (1D1) from a 3380 device to a 3390?

Solution:

VM:Backup's 1D1 disk is the CHECKDISK (Checkpoint minidisk). If you want to define it on a 3390 device, simply do that. Remove the minidisk defined on a 3380 device and define a new minidisk on a 3390 and remember to RESERVE it.

Example:

FORMAT 1D1 fm (BLKSIZE 4K
RESERVE CHECK POINT fm
