This document describes the process involved in Decommission request.
What information do we need for decommission request?
· Decommission request is raised for customers whose contract expires
· They have to contact either Vishal Gidwani (Vishal.Gidwani@ca.com) or Piacquadio, Christina (Christina.Piacquadio@ca.com) to raise the request
· Decommissioned customers will no longer have access to On Demand Application
· It takes 45 days for the service to be terminated
· Support team will work with internal teams and notify once it is completed.
