Issue:

I am trying to stop and restart CSAM but when I do, I get the following error:

 

Failed to start "/opt/CA/SharedComponents/Csam/SockAdapter/bin/csampmuxf" - unable to establish any listeners - is another copy running? 

Environment:
CA Workload Automation AE r11.3+
Resolution:

You must stop all running CA applications before stopping and restarting CSAM.
