What are the requirements to provide DB Dump by CA?
How can DB dump be provided to customer's/internal CA?
· DB Dump can be provided to the clients only if the customer is decommissioning the account
· Database dump cannot be provided to the existing customers
· Case has to be created on internal CA site ID (105246)
· If you’re raising the ticket to get a DB Dump of the customer’s environment, please add the customer PSC approval to the support case.
· Dump will be uploaded to the SFTP section of the case
