Answer:

The CA Service Management Mobile Application utilizes AES 128 bit encryption for the password field.

Additional Information:

When a user selects "Remember Password" the password is stored in the applications cookie.

With the Android version of the mobile app, users are able to select the option "Clear data" through the settings menu to clear their password from the app storage.

With the Apple iOS version of the mobile app, users will need to uninstall and re-install the application in order for their password to be cleared out.
