Introduction:

This document states whether or not there is a command that displays active collections.

Question:

Is there a command that displays active collections?

Environment:
z/OS 1.11 and above.
Answer:

The MVS Modify DISPLAY command shows the active collections that are running within an Xmanager. The format of the command is stated below:

F PTXMAN,DISPLAY 

The results of the command appear in the Xmanager log as shown below. Notice that Detector & Subsystem Analyzer collections are running on subsystems DB4G, DD2G & DD0G:
