Introduction:

If you are not seeing a clear alert sent to SOI, then check that the alert is correctly configured.

Question:

Why don't I see a cleared alert in SOI when only having a Danger threshold set?

APM 10.x
Answer:

 Important Note:

 If only a "Danger" alarm is used,

 - Then the "Caution" fields needs to be set exactly the same as the "Danger" alarm parameters.

  This ensures that it works correctly. Otherwise the alarm will not clear in SOI as expected.
