Problem:

The customer is getting the following error on the QuickView tab:

Error: E131015 Job XYZ was not found in job flow memory model but was collected in WCC. It could mean problem in communication between nodes in HA cluster. 

Environment:
CA Workload Control Center r11.4.X
Resolution:

First, clear the Monitoring Cache and then rebuild the Job Flow Model.

 

LINUX

1. Navigate to the $CA_WCC_INSTALL_LOCATION/bin directory 

2. Run the following command: ./wcc_monitor.sh -u username -p password -d ALL 

3. Run the following command: ./wcc_monitor.sh -u username -p password -r

4. Logout of the WCC GUI (if you haven't already) and log back in

 

WINDOWS

1. Navigate to the %CA_WCC_INSTALL_LOCATION%\bin directory

2. Run the following command: wcc_monitor -u username -p password -d ALL 

3. Run the following command: wcc_monitor -u username -p password -r

4. Logout of the WCC GUI (if you haven't already) and log back in

 

Note: The user credentials specified in these commands should have Commander and Security Administrator privileges in EEM.
