Issue:

Discovered Elements are not listing when trying to filter from Elements list in one-click console.

Environment:
eHealth 6.3.3.1 on windows 2008R2
Cause:

ehealth database and one click console is not syncing  correctly.

As we can to see discovered elements from command line using below command

nhlistelements -where "name matches **"

Resolution:

1)Open ehealth server command prompt and run the below command

 

 nhScrubFsa -deletedObjectHours 0

 

 

 

2) Open One Click Console and add the below parameter in the policy.

 

 

 ignoreAddrCloud=Yes and rediscover

 

 

 

3) If any errors related to materialized views

 

 Run --- nhiDbTasks –recreateMViews all

 

 

 

 

Now verify the elements from one click console

 

This should fix the issue
