What is the process to have a CA Agile Central SaaS customer's data removed and subscription closed?
The customer (Subscription administrator or C-level executive) will fill out, sign and return a letter specifically to request the removal of their data. An example/template below.
Upon receiving this signed letter the ops team will remove the data and provide a letter of affidavit which confirms the deletion. This letter will be returned to the customer within 30 days of the request.

Please accept this letter as notice of cancellation of service of the Agile Central (formerly Rally) application effective October 27, 2016. As discussed, we are not renewing the service contract for the upcoming year.
Please confirm via written affidavit that all <customer name> data stored within the CA Agile Central (formerly Rally) application will be securely deleted from your data centers and backup copies within 30 days of this letter.
