Creating a Password Composition Policy we need to know what is the maximum value for Maximum Length of the password.

Question:

What is the maximum password length in CA PAM Password Management?

Answer:

As of now, the maximum value for Maximum Length for a Password (in PCP) is 0xFF i.e. 255

Additional Information:

When you create the PCP there is a Test button, which tells you when any of the parameters are invalid.
