Introduction:

Database Backup in Clarity PPM Environment.

Question:

What information do we need to copy the database back up and retain at CA side?

Answer:
  •            We would require the environment URL for which the backup is needed.
  •          Backup can be immediately taken if customer is not requesting for any particular   date/time.
  •           CA performs a daily backup and keep it in a 7 days folder automatically.
  •         As per CA policy we have 7,30,90,120,360 and forever backup folders
