Question:

When trying to use a browser against IIS based Xflow URL, I get redirected to Service Desk's CGI URL. Is this expected? If not, how to fix it?

Answer:

Check if there are any HTTP Redirect URLs are configured for the Default IIS web server, and remove that redirection.  This can be done via:

1) Windows Start -> Programs -> Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager

2) Click on the web server on the left pane

3) On the right pane, double click on HTTP Redirect

4) Uncheck the configured URL redirect configured there, click Apply

Retest xFlow URL now.
